Pre-order: These are products that are not in stock at the moment, but can be ordered in advance. Get early access to our limited collections and secure the latest products by pre ordering! Once your order is placed, you have secured your purchase and we will deliver your item as soon as it’s available to be shipped.

With our pre-order production model, you tell us in advance through your order which styles, colors & sizes you need and we only then start with manufacturing them.

We produce only the items that are truly demanded, in this way we protect our environment and important resources in the sense of our sustainability philosophy.

With smaller batches we can produce high quality products for you and can react quickly to changes and product adjustments.

Shipping date is specified in the product page. Pre-order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Mainly due to fabric sourcing and limited manufacturing ressources of our family-owned suppliers. Good and fair quality takes time.

If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your complete order will be shipped as soon as all pre-order items are in stock due to sustainability aspects. So, if you need any of the in-stock items earlier than the expected arrival date of your pre-order items, please make sure to place separate orders for the in-stock items.

Yes, of course. You can return pre-order items after successful delivery, as agreed in our return/refund policy here.

If you have changed your mind and no longer require the Pre-Order item that is no problem at all. Please just let us know by email as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund that part of your order. But please note that this is not in line with our sustainability approach as the production can no longer be stopped.

Please understand that product availability cannot be guaranteed, as production may depend on external factors beyond abhy's control. In this very unlikely case, you will of course receive a refund.

As mentioned above, payment is made at the time of ordering. Once the pre-ordered product arrives at our warehouse the items will then be processed for delivery and shipping. Time of shipment will be indicated on the corresponding product page.

All pre-orders are final, size and color cannot be adjusted.
